Non-defective products: Return within 7 days (unused, original packaging). Refund processed in 10-15 days after inspection.

Services / Treatments

• Cancellations 48 hours before: Full refund minus processing fee.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund (except medical emergencies with proof).
• Corporate programs: As per signed agreement.
